- to add you as a learner for an e-learning course you have booked,
- to create mailing lists which are used by ARICD to contact you about updates and news about the Griffiths Scales, and about upcoming ARICD events that may be of interest to you,
- to add you to the list of Registered Users of Griffiths Scales as long as you wish to remain a Registered User, and
- we may also use the list to send surveys to obtain users’ views and opinions related to the Griffiths Scales or ARICD.
As a rule, we do not send marketing e-mails. We use e-mail to inform Registered Users of Griffiths Scales about information relating to the use of the Scales. You can opt-out of ARICD e-mail lists if you do not want to receive e-mail communications from ARICD if you are not using the Griffiths Scales. ARICD members may be automatically added to ARICD e-mail lists.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data as long as you wish to be associated with the Griffiths Scales or ARICD. If you are no longer using the Griffiths Scales and no longer wish to be associated with the Griffiths Scales or ARICD, please contact email@example.com, and your record will be permanently deleted from the website, but will be archived in ARICD records as a Registered User or Member of ARICD, if appropriate.
