All Griffiths III users must undertake a training course before they are able to administer, score, and interpret the assessment. There are a variety of training opportunities available for Griffiths III depending on whether you are a new or previous Griffiths Scales user.

New User Training

The New user training consists of 2 parts:

  • Griffiths III Video Training Course, and
  • Griffiths III Practical Training Course.

New users should complete both the Griffiths III Video Training Course and the Griffiths III Practical Training Course to become a registered Griffiths III user.

Updating previous Griffiths III training

If you are already a registered Griffiths III user and you wish to update your Griffiths III administration skills, you can complete the Griffiths III Video Training Course.

Updating to Griffiths III

If you are already a registered user of the previous Griffiths version, you can become a registered Griffiths III user by completing the Griffiths III Video Training Course. It is not compulsory for former GMDS-ER users to also complete the Practical training but those who wish to do so can elect to book on a Griffiths III Practical Training Course.
